Project Goal: To transform telecom data, technology, and customer insights into efficient, transparent, and customer-centric solutions that drive better performance and sustainable growth.
Background
Why did this project get started? Tell your viewers more about the project's history, who was involved and what goals your team is trying to achieve.
Project Goal: To transform telecom data, technology, and customer insights into efficient, transparent, and customer-centric solutions that drive better performance and sustainable growth.
The broader vision is to bridge the gap between technology, management, operations, and customer expectations—creating a smarter, more transparent, and more efficient telecom ecosystem.
DICOM2K25 was initiated from a practical need to understand the rapidly evolving telecom and digital communication ecosystem and the challenges faced by customers, service providers, and management teams. The project brings together practical field experience, technology understanding, management accounting, operational analysis, and customer-centric thinking to examine how telecom services can become more efficient, transparent, and responsive.
The project evolved through the observation and analysis of real-world telecom processes, including service delivery, billing, customer support, digital communication, grievance handling, data management, and operational efficiency. It focuses on identifying gaps, understanding their underlying causes, and developing practical approaches that can improve both organizational performance and customer experience.
The team’s objective is not merely to identify problems, but to convert experience and information into structured insights and actionable solutions. DICOM2K25 therefore aims to contribute to better decision-making, stronger processes, improved accountability, and sustainable value creation within the telecom segment.

DICOM2K25 is creating a practical impact by bringing greater clarity, transparency, efficiency, and accountability to the telecom service experience. By analysing customer experiences, operational processes, billing practices, digital communication, and grievance-resolution mechanisms, the project helps identify gaps that can otherwise lead to confusion, delays, financial impact, and loss of customer trust.
The initiative encourages a more evidence-based and customer-centric approach to telecom management. It promotes better documentation, informed decision-making, efficient processes, and clearer communication between service providers and customers.
For organizations, the project highlights opportunities for cost control, operational improvement, process optimisation, and stronger customer relationships. For customers, it aims to make telecom services more understandable, responsive, and accountable.
Ultimately, DICOM2K25 seeks to demonstrate that better technology combined with better management and responsible customer engagement can create measurable value for both businesses and the people they serve.
