DICOME2K25 – Telecom Segment

DICOM2K25 is a strategic telecom-sector project focused on understanding, analysing, and improving the effectiveness of digital communication and customer-service ecosystems. The project brings together telecom operations, customer experience, technology, financial analysis, process efficiency, and regulatory awareness to identify practical opportunities for improvement.

The project examines key areas of the telecom value chain, including service delivery, customer lifecycle management, billing and revenue processes, connectivity, digital platforms, complaint resolution, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying gaps between the services promised and the experience actually delivered to customers.

A core objective of DICOM2K25 is to convert operational and customer-level information into actionable management insights. Through structured analysis, the project seeks to identify recurring issues, eliminate process inefficiencies, strengthen accountability, improve transparency, and support better strategic decisions.

The project also focuses on the intersection of telecom technology and consumer rights, encouraging systematic documentation, evidence-based assessment, effective grievance management, and responsible use of digital communication channels.

By combining Management Accounting, IT Strategy, Operations Efficiency, SWOT Analysis, and practical field experience, DICOM2K25 provides a holistic framework for evaluating telecom performance and developing solutions that are commercially sound, operationally practical, and customer-centric.
